Bestway Donlands Cleaners is looking for a Customer Service representative (part time) at our very busy east end dry cleaners. Join our dynamic team and become the vital link between our company and valued customers! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and foster positive relationships.
Training will be provided for the successful candidate. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Take orders with accurate itemization of customers clothing
- Tag incoming clothes for processing
- Handling / providing alteration instructions
- Sorting clothes
- Answering telephone inquiries
- Handle customer questions
- Bagging and quality control of completed orders
- Pricing orders
Skills Required:
