Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment in guest apartments and public areas of Meadowvale Apartment Hotel. This role plays a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean, sanitize, and restock guest apartments and bathrooms daily or as scheduled.

- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.

- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures.

- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

- Clean public areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairways, and laundry rooms.

- Follow hotel safety and hygiene standards and procedures.

- Handle guests' belongings respectfully and report lost and found items.

- Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, soap, and tissues in rooms.





- Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Assist with laundry duties as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.

- High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive physical stamina; ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items for extended periods.

- Friendly and professional demeanor.

Work Conditions:

- Must be available to work on weekends and holidays as required.

- May be exposed to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures
