This position is for casual respite care, assisting a teenager with life experiences on weekdays.
Responsibilities:
- Provide respite care and support with daily activities
- Administer medications as instructed
- Offer companionship and plan engaging activities
- Help the child with learning life experiences ( working, day-to-day responsibility)
Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving
- Knowledge of medication procedures
- Physical ability to lift and assist
- Robust communication and caring attitude
- Confidentiality commitment
Requirements:
- Valid First Aid
- Recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- CFS Intervention Check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
