About the Role

As a key member of the Engineering and ESG team, you’ll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world.

Responsibilities

- The Continuous Improvement Associate will support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing operational data, participating in on-floor investigations, and assist in identifying process inefficiencies.
- This role involves introduction to Lean Six Sigma methodologies, participation in root cause analysis with assistance in developing corrective and preventative action plans that will help drive measurable improvements.
- This position will also contribute to process optimization by creating current and future state process maps, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and supporting cross-functional efforts to enhance performance, quality, and efficiency.




- Assist in applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology to enterprise process and quality improvement initiatives
- Perform on-floor data collection to capture real-time operational performance metrics
- Collect, organize and maintain electronic datasets from various sources
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across systems
- Analyze operation and quality data to identify trends, patterns and anomalies
- Develop reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings
- Participate in on-floor investigations to help identify and understand process issues. Learn and apply basic root cause analysis tools, such as the 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagram, with guidance from team members.
- Collaborate with team members to validate findings and prioritize issues
- Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring solutions and recommend adjustments as needed
- Develop and maintain current state and future state process maps
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and waste within processes
- Draft, review and update standard operating procedures
- Support projects aligned with operational excellence goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree in scientific and technology, engineering, computer science or a related field

Required Skills

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles (preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills




- Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced environment

Pay range and compensation package

Jamieson Wellness offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support your well-being and professional growth. This includes base pay, eligibility for our Short-Term Incentive Program, and a comprehensive benefits offering. For this role, the posting range is $21/hour which reflects the full salary range of the position.

Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, role scope, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
