The ideal candidate possesses a CPA or finance degree with significant experience in project-based industries, ensuring timely and reliable data drives decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Business Unit P&L; performance with operational leaders
- Analyze financial metrics and recommend corrective actions
- Support strategic decisions regarding investments and pricing




- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- Improve cash conversion and monitor contract cash profiles

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of finance experience in project-based industry
- CPA designation or finance-related degree preferred
- Proven track record in financial modeling and variance analysis
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP systems and dashboards
