Take on the role of Sanitation Associate at Naturally Homegrown Foods, where you will support our commitment to producing high-quality natural snacks by maintaining cleanliness. This role is crucial to our operational success.

You will be working from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday, and focus on cleaning equipment, managing waste, and ensuring compliance with sanitation protocols. The ability to work independently and within a team is essential, along with a solid focus on maintaining safety standards.

You will engage in critical thinking to solve sanitation-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure cleaning of equipment and floors according to protocols
- Conduct waste disposal and fill garbage bins
- Wash and sanitize machinery used in production
- Collaborate with QA team to address sanitation issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of sanitation experience preferred
- Previous WHMIS training is beneficial
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in English reading and writing
- Must complete a background check
