Our client is seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working where Legal Administration and Human Resources intersect.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR skilled with legal administration experience—or a legal professional looking to expand into Human Resources—to join a collaborative corporate office supporting multiple luxury hospitality properties.

What You'll Do
Legal Administration
- Coordinate annual corporate filings and corporate records
- Prepare corporate resolutions and maintain governance documentation
- Assist with commercial leases, renewals and amendments
- Maintain business licences and regulatory filings
- Support contract administration and legal documentation
- Assist with dispute management and corporate compliance
- Coordinate documentation relating to intellectual property and business registrations
- Support the Corporate Office with legal administration projects
Human Resources
- Coordinate recruitment activities from posting through onboarding
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Prepare employment documentation and onboarding materials
- Assist with orientation and training administration
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
- Maintain confidential employee records
- Provide general HR administrative support to the HR Manager
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Education in Legal Administration, Law Clerk, Paralegal or Human Resources
- Experience working in a legal, corporate, HR or professional office environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written communication and document preparation abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with corporate filings, governance documentation, commercial leases or the Ontario Business Registry is considered a strong asset.
Human Resources experience is an asset, but candidates with a strong legal background and an interest in developing their HR career are encouraged to apply.
