The Co-operators Group Limited in Guelph, ON is seeking a Supervisor of Operational Accounting - Banking to lead a Banking operations team within the Financial Accounting Services department. The role focuses on reconciliations, billing support, and effective controls in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Business/Accounting/Finance, 3–5 years in finance or banking, robust Excel and Oracle Cloud skills, and proven leadership capabilities to drive process
