- An eye for merchandising —you know how to make the showroom shine and inventory move!
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills to develop and empower a winning team.
- Proven ability to drive lease retention and grow lease penetration through structured, results-focused processes.
- Demonstrated success in building a performance-driven culture with ongoing training and measurable monthly success metrics.
