Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Fire Service Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strongtechnical understanding of fire protection and life safety systems, coupledwith proven sales experience in service agreements and recurring revenuestreams.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our full suiteof fire and life safety services.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop andmaintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify andpursue sales opportunities in inspection, testing, maintenance, and systemupgrades.
- Preparedetailed proposals and quotations for service agreements and retrofitprojects.
- Conduct sitevisits to assess client needs and recommend compliant, cost-effectivesolutions.
- Collaboratewith technical teams to ensure accurate scope development and customersatisfaction.
- Achieve orexceed sales targets and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Stay currentwith NFPA, ULC, and provincial fire code requirements.
- Represent thecompany at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in fire protection, security,or building systems.
- Strongknowledge of fire alarm, emergency lighting, and monitoring systems.




- Familiaritywith applicable fire codes, standards, and inspection requirements (ULC,NB/NS/PEI regulations).
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven abilityto manage long sales cycles and close service agreements.
- Valid driver’slicense and clean driving record required.

This a full-time permanent positionwith a very attractive compensation package and other employee incentives. Positions are being filled in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
