Take the lead in commissioning as the Fab & Self Perform Commissioning Lead, ensuring quality and functionality of assemblies used in data center projects. Your expertise will bridge the gap between fabrication and onsite commissioning processes.

This role focuses on overseeing QA/QC for electrical and mechanical assemblies in a fab workplace. You'll be responsible for creating testing protocols, documenting results, and coordinating with other leads to streamline operations. Your insights will directly improve project efficiency and assembly quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enforce testing standards for all assemblies
- Manage documentation of fab-side testing results
- Provide detailed commissioning reports per assembly




- Collaborate with Cx Leads to optimize test divisions
- Analyze yield and rework data for process enhancement

Requirements:

- 5+ years in QA/QC or commissioning in a relevant field
- Hands-on fabrication experience with modules or skids
- Familiarity with commissioning quality tools like Procore
- Technical qualifications in electrical/mechanical fields
- Previous exposure to mission-critical environments is advantageous
