About the Role

Costco Wholesale Canada is looking for friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team in Etobicoke, Ontario.

As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience for our members by providing excellent customer service, assisting with product inquiries, maintaining organized merchandise areas, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Costco members
- Assist customers with product questions and provide helpful recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked merchandise areas
- Support product displays, inventory organization, and store operations
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and moving merchandise when needed
- Process customer requests and help resolve issues professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure an excellent member experience
- Follow company safety, quality, and operational standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help customers
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced team environment
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn product information and company procedures quickly
- Must be able to perform physical tasks related to retail operations
