- Coordinated strategic downtime and work order scheduling with Production Planning and cross-functional groups, efficiently executing complex repairs during standard work weeks and scheduled weekend windows.
- Directed external contractor and supplier engagement for daily maintenance and capital projects, including scope definition, competitive pricing acquisition, timeline management, and technical justification.
- Monitored core Key Performance Indicators (Safety, Quality, and Productivity), developing and assisting in the deployment of corrective action plans to immediately address performance deficiencies.
- Enhanced supply chain resilience and reduced carrying costs by researching, quoting, and managing critical spares inventory, achieving quarterly reductions through consignment and high-usage component solutions.
- Supported MRO storeroom standardization by coordinating spare parts identification, bin location mapping, QR/barcode tagging, and physical verification to improve inventory accuracy and part traceability.
- Optimized spare parts storage layout by organizing items based on size, weight, criticality, accessibility, and kitting requirements to support maintenance efficiency and faster parts issuance.
- Implemented standardized receiving, staging, checkout, cycle count, and parts issuance procedures to strengthen work order discipline, inventory compliance, and audit readiness.
- Contributed to secure storeroom operations by supporting access control protocols, checkout accountability, mobile scanning workflows, and training for maintenance, stores, and operations personnel.
