We're a fast-growing company, and we're excited to offer you the opportunity to grow with us! We are seeking a responsible, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. This role involves driving a 26' straight truck (G Class License required), managing and mentoring a team of movers, enforcing company policies, assisting with moves, interacting with customers and handling payments.
You'll be expected to report to our Fort Erie office and work long days when required, depending on job demands. Strong leadership and a commitment to quality service are essential.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company policies
Represent the company professionally at all times
Manage the full employee life cycle, including hiring, training, supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations
Lead moving crews on-site to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
Utilize strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
Operate Point-of-Sale systems and handle customer transactions
Assist with loading, unloading,



and the assembly/disassembly of furniture using basic tools
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements Reliable transportation for travel to job sites
Valid G-Class Driver's License with a clean driving record
Open availability and willingness to work long days when needed
Proven leadership experience
Professional, dependable, and strong communication skills
Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy items
Capable of driving a 26' straight truck
Professional references required (will be verified)

Previous moving or DIY experience is an asset, but not required

Work Environment Work may occasionally involve exposure to extreme temperatures and walking on slippery or uneven surfaces.
