This is a fantastic opportunity for a designated CPA with 4+ years of relevant experience to step into a high-impact role, working closely with an accomplished leadership team!ABOUT THE POSITION Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:Prepare consolidated financial statements, including drafting initial financials and MD&A.Handle; technical accounting matters, working closely with the team in Mexico to ensure appropriate accounting treatment across entities.Manage the corporate budgeting process, including building budgets and monitoring budget vs.



actuals with clear variance analysis.Support treasury activities such as cash flow monitoring and overall liquidity management.Work on corporate tax returns and support the implementation of tax planning strategies between Canada and Mexico.Oversee day‑to‑day corporate accounting to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.Act as the key liaison between corporate and the Mexico finance team, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.Support and improve internal controls by reviewing processes and implementing enhancements where needed.Ad hoc duties as needed.REQUIREMENTSDesignated CPA4+ years of relevant experienceMining experience is an assetCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSSalary: $100,000 to $120,0003 to 4 weeks vacationExtended health and dentalDiscretionary bonusAt Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
