Ever New Guildford Town Centre is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and fashion-forward Part-Time Key Holder to join our team!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Key Holder, you will play an important role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will take ownership of the store during designated shifts, lead by example and help create an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and achieving store goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and motivate the team during shifts, acting as a role model for exceptional customer service and selling behaviours.
- Deliver a personalized and elevated customer experience through styling, product knowledge and genuine connection.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales, conversion, loyalty and other store KPIs.
- Take ownership of opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security
- Coach and support team members to build confidence, product knowledge and selling skills
- Support visual merchandising, floor sets, promotional activations and maintaining Ever New’s elevated store presentation.
- Assist with stock management, shipment processing, replenishment and maintaining an organized stockroom.
- Support online fulfilment and other omnichannel customer orders
- Ensure POS procedures, operational standards,



health & safety and loss-prevention practices are followed.
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive and collaborative team environment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous retail experience, ideally within fashion or a premium customer-service environment.
- Previous leadership, supervisory or Key Holder experience is an asset
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A confident leader who can take initiative and make decisions independently.
- Sales-driven with an understanding of retail KPIs and commercial results.
- Highly organized, energetic, reliable and comfortable multitasking in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining beautiful store standards.
- Flexible availability, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
