What are your contributions to the team?
Analyze operational needs and propose technical solutions adapted to the manufacturing workplace.
Lead or support technical projects by ensuring their planning, follow-up, and coordination.
Develop and optimize work methods, operational standards, and coordination processes.
Act as a link between shop-floor teams, support functions, and management.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend sustainable corrective actions.
Produce and maintain explicit, structured documentation that is practical to operations.
Act as a resource person on complex technical matters and support the team as needed.
Contribute to the coordination and continuity of team activities as needed.
How to thrive in this role?
Hold a college diploma (DEC) in engineering or in a discipline relevant to the position.
Have significant experience in a manufacturing environment, work methods, technical coordination, or project management.
Quickly understand technical, operational, and manufacturing challenges.
Demonstrate versatility, autonomy, judgment, and a strong interest in challenges.
Show strong communication, organizational, and priority management skills.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of an ERP or manufacturing systems is an asset.
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to gradually take on a broader role within the team.
Ability to manage technical projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
Solid technical background in a manufacturing environment and positive understanding of shop-floor operations.
Experience in work methods, continuous improvement, and process structuring.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
