Your newpany We are currently recruiting for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to work for an established Canadian-owned General Contractor from Ontario that is expanding their presence across Western Canada, including here in the Vancouver region.

Thepany has been in operation for over 40 years and has an excellent reputation.

Work is undertaken in various sectors, includingmercial, residential and institutional, with projects ranging in value from $10 - $100m.

Your recent role Thepany is looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join the team here in the Lower Mainland of BC.

We are looking to identify someone with 5+ years local experience as an Estimator or above.

Ideally, you will befortable putting together Class D to A estimates.

You should have strong technical knowledge, a valuable work ethic, as well as a track record of successful pursuits.





What you''ll need to succeed We are open to considering people that have institutional,mercial or multifamily project experience.

Ideally, you arefortable closing tenders, providing trade rmendations and you understand the design/build delivery model.

You must be a strong relationship builder and have a high level of integrity.

What you''ll get in return In exchange for your hard work andmitment, you will receive apetitive salary of $110,000 - $150,000+, RSP match, share purchase program, bonus and benefits scheme.

Thepany offers a very adaptable work environment that allows remote/hybrid working.

We do need people to reside locally so they can attend meetings in person as required etc.
