Technical Desktop Analyst Location: Toronto, ON Type: 12 month Contract Starts: Immediately Our client currently has an opening for a Technical Analyst (Deskside support) to work as part of a team providing Lotus Notes Ver. 7 or 8 password resets, ID admin work, PC, Laptop and Black

Berry (BES) support to approximately 2000 end users.

Note: Client will consider cross training on Lotus Notes if all other skills/experience criteria are met howevercandidates must still have a minimum of recent basic working experience with Lotus Notes as a user in an Enterprise environment at the very minimum to be considered.

Must Have Skills: -Recent Lotus Notes (Ver. 7 or 8) password resets, ID Administration experience is desired -Experience working in a mixed Unix/Windows environment (AIX, Windows 2003/2007/2008/2010, Active Directory -Windows Office Suite proficient -Strong hands on knowledge of Break Fix: Software/Hard Drives/Peripherals -Positive understanding of basic network protocols: TCP/IP -Knowledge of WiFi technology -Client and BES Blackberry hand held device,



VPN remote user support -PC/Laptop Hardware troubleshooting and repair -Proficient in imaging technologies: RIS/Image X, WDS etc -Excellent customer service skills experienced at providing deskside support at the executive level with strong presentations skills Education/ experience -Minimum 3 year College diploma or University degree in a technology related discipline -MCSE, MCP, A+ industry certifications preferred -5 to 7 years experience in PC support & Networking -Recent Lotus Notes (Ver. 7 or 8) password resets, ID Administration experience -Experience providing support to Senior Executives -Supervisory experience is a nice to have -Black

Berry support experience required (client and BES) -Ability to work in a very quick paced environment and make frequent work re-prioritization decisions -Excellent customer service, communications & presentations skills, recent experience working within all levels across the organization in a fast paced Enterprise environment -Professional, energetic and career minded with a strong work ethic
