The Prospect: Were looking for a Housekeeper to join our Lifestyle Options - Whitemud team on a casual basis.

In this role, you will perform cleaning duties in assigned areas to maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors under the direction of the housekeeping supervisor.

What youll do: Follow cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.,) as outlined for housekeeping department.

Clean assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures according to established housekeeping procedures.

Clean floors with dry mops, wet mops, sweeps, waxes, buffs, and disinfectants.





Perform emergency housekeeping when accidents occur.

Perform laundry duties such as wash, dry and fold.

Qualifications: Strong written and verbal English skills to effectively communicate with all residents, visitors and at all levels within the organization (required).

Experience with housekeeping and/or senior living facilities considered an asset.

Ability to follow oral and written directions.

Ability to cooperate with other employees and demonstrate teamwork.

Operate various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, polishers, and buffers.

Knowledge of handling various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc.
