Our valued Client requires the services of a Project Administrator to support the delivery and sustainment of the large complex system, ensuring smooth coordination of project activities and compliance with established standards.

The Administrator will assist with tracking project timelines, managing documentation, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records within Axios Assyst CMDB.

They will also liaise with vendor representatives, support team members, and ensure project deliverables are met efficiently while maintaining detailed procedure manuals and reports.

Tasks Provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required to projects.





Assist WSM and project managers with routine tasks; Assist in performing such tasks as maintaining project documentation and application/system libraries as well as contractual documentation; Manage section travel by submitting travel approvals and preparing claims; Tracks project change requests and Task Authorizations against invoicing; Maintain and updates relevant project information in manual and/or electronic files; project information might include such things as project activity schedule, status reports, correspondence; Handle internal and external correspondence; and Communicates with project management on administrative matters related to the Branch, using DND e-mail or written reports.
