Tasks and Responsibilities: Assist with set up, teardown, and organization of promotional equipment and material before, after, and during scheduled game days

Help with in game activations,



such as on ice/field intermission activities and contests in the stands with fans

Work collaboratively with all promotional team members and staff to deliver exceptional fan experience

Ability to attend 75% of home games, as well as potential playoff games

Depending on performance there could be opportunity to participate in community events and season ticket holder events as assigned

Maintain a positive, skilled, and enthusiastic attitude while representing Sask Entertainment Group

You will be a forward-facing member of the team, and customer engagement is at the forefront of our expectations.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications: Comfortable interacting with large crowds

Physically able to lift, carry, and move promotional materials and remain on your feet for extended periods of time

Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Previous customer service, event, promo, or volunteer experience is an assetA passion for hockey, lacrosse, sports, and creating memorable experiences for fans
