Some of the exciting roles we are looking to fill include: Stage Front Security Roaming Patrols (Crowd Monitors) Backstage and Loading Bay Security Access Control (wristbands/ticketing support) Performer Escort Security Traffic & Parking Control Team Leader What You Will Do Provide outstanding customer service with a professional presence.
Monitor crowds and respond quickly to disturbances or unsafe conditions.
Support VIPs, performers, and event staff with secure escorts.
Assist with lost children, medical emergencies, and ejections when required.
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports as needed.
Maintain robust communication via radio and follow supervisor instructions.

Hold a valid Manitoba Security Guard License (or are willing to obtain).
Have First Aid/CPR certification (preferred, or willing to obtain).
Are 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in Canada .
Ability to legally work in Canada Nice to Have: Previous event or crowd management experience.
De-escalation training (MOAB or equivalent).
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
