Corporate and Real Estate Legal Assistant We are looking for a detail-oriented Corporate and Real Estate Legal Assistant to support Corporate Law Clerks within a busy Corporate Services team.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities Coordinate, file, and maintain corporate documents, records, and minute books Prepare share certificates, client correspondence, and corporate report materials Draft basic corporate documents, including director and shareholder resolutions Maintain and update corporate databases, registers, and ledgers Assist with corporate filings, profile searches, and notices through Cyberbahn Monitor deadlines, diarize follow-ups, and support ongoing corporate maintenance Assist with special projects, including organizational and officer/director charts Manage electronic and physical file organization What You Bring Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Law and Real Estate Law Familiarity with Corp





Link is an asset Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills Ability to handle high-volume work with accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Legal Assistant Diploma considered an asset Team-oriented mindset and ability to adapt in a rapid-moving workplace AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
