We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant who is organized, motivated, and eager to learn.

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity offering valuable hands-on accounting experience within a supportive and team-oriented team environment.

In operation since 1962, we are a trusted provider known for our exceptional service, transporting groups large and small from one destination to another safely and on time.

The Accounting Assistant role will focus on activities related to invoicing and collecting payments.

This includes following up on past due accounts, processing payments, supporting related administrative functions, and assisting with other accounting tasks as needed.

What we are looking for:



2 plus years administrative experience. 1 plus years accounts receivable or collections experience is preferred.

Education in accounting or related field an asset.

Intermediate MS Office skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders regarding outstanding payments and deadlines via phone and email High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Willingness to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamwork and support our fun-loving workplace culture!
