Responsibilities: Answer phones, schedule appointments, customer support, and client management.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claimsubmissions,and billing clarification.





Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements: Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.) Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening Proactive inproblem-solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to multi-task Prior to start, selected candidate will have to obtain Other Than Life (OTL) Property and Casualty Certification About Our Agency: Agency has 8 team members Team member tenure ranges from 24 to less then 1 year We are located in Newmarket, Ontario Our Agency has received many awards including: Council of Excellence, Silver Scroll, Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor Advantages: Paid vacation time Paid sick days Benefits Compensation: $40,000 base salary + bonus These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
