Job Description The next challenge awaiting you: Were looking for our future Marketing Communications Specialist to continue improving the customer experience and retention through targeted communications.

Whether through emails, apps, social media, or by supporting the team, your goal will be to optimize recurring revenue generation and customer satisfaction for the SPYPOINT and VOSKER brands.

Responsibilities: Youll create relationship-building and loyalty-focused content for our customers; Youll update customer support content; Youll contribute to UX copywriting; Youll collaborate with the brand, Customer Advisory, product, and development teams on the creation and launch of recent products; You assist the Customer Service team in creating support content and training agents; You provide guidelines to graphic designers, translators, and other support teams; You ensure the quality of communications sent to our customers; You generate reports and highlight key findings.

Qualifications You have a degree in marketing, combined with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing communications, UX copywriting, or any other relevant experience; You are fluent in French and English,



both written and spoken (frequent contact with people outside Quebec).
