Role: Salesforce Experience Cloud Administrator Level: Intermediate to Senior Experience: 3+ years Scope Managing Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups, custom reports, and dashboards; Maintaining and customizing multiple Salesforce Cloud applications; Managing operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues; Maintain database for integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities Configure and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud portals connected to Service Cloud.

Manage users, permissions, sharing rules, and portal access.

Configure Case management, Knowledge articles, and support workflows within Experience Cloud.

Support portal performance, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.

Work closely with developers and stakeholders to maintain platform stability.

Requirements 3+ years Salesforce administration experience.

Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud configuration and portal management.

Experience supporting Service Cloud processes (Cases, Knowledge, Service Console).

Solid knowledge of Salesforce security, automation, and configuration tools.
