Position Overview: This is a part time seasonal position at the Budweiser Stage
in Toronto, Ontario .

Employment will last until
mid to late
October and the hours will v a ry
weekly .

Shifts are usually on evenings
throughout the week , with a few
full-day
events scheduled.

Must be able to work
all event days/evenings when needed .

This position requires the ability to work past midnight for most events.

Close-Out
Supervisors will work directly with all Managers
and the Lead Close-Out Supervisor at the end of the night with back-of-house close-out procedures .
•
Using the company's Inventory Management System
( Yellow

Dog ) to balance location inventories at the end of each
event , and
assigning inventory recounts to locations if needed.
•




Will assist Stand Leads with smooth operations from opening to closing of their assigned stands.
•
Performing other related duties, tasks and responsibilities are required .
•
Regularly collecting inventory slips and correctly entering product transfers into company's Inventory Management System ( Yellow

Dog ).

Required Qualifications:
•
Must be a quick learner.
•
Previous supervising experience required.
•
Previous experience with
an Inventory Management system (i.e.

Yellow

Dog
Software, Appetize,
etc ) required .
•
Must be available to work evenings, and weekends when needed.

Pay rate: $23 per hour
