What you will be doing: Lead generation, development, and closing Consultative technical sales and customer relations Proposal writing Closing the sale Consistent follow-up and organizational skills Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements All other duties as assigned What you must have:



Minimum 3 years of technical or engineered sales experience ''Hunter'' self-starter / works independently and thrives in developing current business Demonstrated sales success with at least 2 years of consistent achievement Bachelors degree (or equivalent relevant industry experience) Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels in an organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Nice to have: Industrial machinery sales experience Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems General knowledge of industrial and commercial steam system flow, controls, and thermodynamics Basic understanding of business accounting principles Ability to multi-task Other Information: Compensation & Perks Base Salary plus Commission Vehicle Allowance Attractive medical/dental/vision/life insurance/benefits package Computer/Phone provided Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
