Job Description: Desjardins Ford Auto Collection is looking for a New Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities: Prepare vehicles for delivery (visual inspection, documentation) Greet customers upon delivery of their recent vehicle Explain vehicle features clearly and professionally Connect manufacturer applications and customers'' mobile devices (explaining vehicle equipment and screens) Ensure all delivery documents are completed and signed correctly Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate closely with sales consultants, finance managers,



and the service department for seamless coordination Maintain up-to-date customer records in the internal system Prerequisites for Job Requirements: Valid Class 5 driver''s license; Enjoy interacting with people and have excellent interpersonal skills; Comfortable with technology; Organized and able to manage multiple deliveries per day; Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Full time schedule, Monday to Friday.

You must be available day and evening.
