Customer Service Representative (Evenings Closing) Part time | Golds Gym British Columbia Golds Gym is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for evening closing shifts, with robust potential for growth.

About the Role Must be available: Friday until 11:30pm and Saturday until 8:30pm (1 other day of the week for going training) Schedule: 23 days per week (1224 hours) Commitment: No extended travel time off during the first 6 months What Were Looking For Previous customer service experience (required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Experience with cash handling and POS systems Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation access to a vehicle if possible First Aid certification (asset)



Key Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations during evening closing shifts Ensure the facility is properly secured and prepared for the next day Greet and check in members and guests using proper procedures Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions Direct guests and appointments to appropriate staff efficiently Support guest check-in and onboarding processes Handle daily cash reconciliation accurately Assist the sales team with guest tours and membership support Support prospect and member outreach via calls, texts, and emails POS handling and end of night close out What We Offer A positive, collaborative team environment Complimentary gym membership Employee discounts on Golds Gym products and services Golds Gym British Columbia is an equal chance employer.
