What You'll Be Doing: Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with clear, friendly communication

Collaborating with techs to ensure repairs are done right the first time

Managing service schedules and follow-ups to keep things running smoothly

Building long-term customer relationships based on trust and reliability
