Main Responsibilities Analyze plans and specifications to identify technical specifics and project risks Define the most effective work methods according to the site context Accurately and rigorously calculate the necessary quantities Identify and contact suppliers and subcontractors,



analyze their offers Prepare work schedules and integrate them into the estimate Develop costs in the internal estimation software Actively participate in the closing of bids Conduct site visits when required Desired Profile Degree in civil engineering, estimation, surveying, or related field Minimum 5 years of site experience, combined with significant estimation experience Solid analytical skills, autonomy, and attention to detail Proficiency in tools such as Autodesk and TPL (assets) Functional level of English Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines Working Conditions On-site position in the company''s offices in Montreal (South-West) After 3 months, possibility of 2 days of work from home per week Offered Advantages Competitive salary based on experience: $120,000 to $150,000 (+10% conditional bonus) Participation in major projects with high technical value Structured environment and experienced team Group insurance and advantageous working conditions Access to cutting-edge tools and resources To apply: Please send your CV to:
