Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (10+ years) to support IBOR initiatives within global asset management Join a major asset management technology group undertaking a multiyear transformation focused on investment book of record enhancements.

This role drives complex business analysis across trading, portfolio management, and multiasset class execution settings.

The position offers direct impact on endtoend investment lifecycle optimization and visibility with senior leadership teams supporting institutional execution.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Thursday and 4 th Friday of the month 81 Bay Street 6 months Must Haves Advanced business analysis within global asset management covering IBOR and trade lifecycle processes Robust requirements gathering , solution design ,



and collaboration with agile development teams delivering to production Handson proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and documentation Experience across one or more asset classes such as equities, fixed income, FX, or money market instruments Education in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline Nice to Have Power BI (willing to learn) Databricks (willing to learn) Python or VBA IBOR migration experience Responsibilities Gather and analyze complex business requirements supporting investment book of record projects Design both tactical and strategic solutions aligned with operational and technology goals Collaborate with business teams to create and validate test cases; coordinate with QA for execution or automation Document workflows and data interactions across systems involved in trade lifecycle Serve as subjectmatter expert guiding project implementation and supporting technology teams Provide leadership and mentoring across analytical and delivery teams throughout execution phases
