In this role, youll be an important part of our operations, ensuring freight and information flow smoothly and accurately-all while delivering exceptional customer service.
What Youll Do: Process shipments timely and accurately to keep our customers happy.
Follow customer standard operating procedures and proactively communicate any issues.
Consistently meet KPI standards and uphold company procedures.
Be the go-to person for resolving customer-related issues quickly and effectively.
What Were Looking For: 2+ years of Customer Service experience-you know how to keep customers smiling! Solid problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues promptly.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Highly organized,
self-motivated, and a true team player.
