This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Paralegal, Law Clerk, or similar legal support position who enjoy coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and client communications
- Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Respond to client inquiries and communicate client needs effectively across teams
- Prepare project documentation, telephone scripts, website content, and business rules
- Analyze project reports and provide quality-focused insights and recommendations
Position Requirements
- Demonstrate at least 1 year of client-facing experience in a professional setting
- Communicate fluently in both French and English with excellent verbal and written skills
- Apply solid organizational, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Adapt to technology-driven environments, including AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot; database experience and a bachelor's degree are considered assets
- Experience in the legal field is considered an asset
