Drive quality assurance and engineering excellence as a Supplier Table Engineer at Stellantis. This role focuses on overseeing Supply Table processes, enhancing product conformity, and ensuring robust quality standards in manufacturing.
As the Supplier Table Engineer, you will report to the Plant Quality department and collaborate with teams across Manufacturing, Logistics, and Engineering. Your role is essential in building effective relationships and responding proactively to quality issues on the shop floor.
You will manage Supplier Table Inspectors, coach them in sorting nonconformance issues, and validate processes to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Supplier Table Inspectors for material issue responses
- Coach inspectors in documenting nonconformance issues
- Maintain Supplier Table Tracking and Process documents
- Assist in monitoring Stellantis systems for corrective actions
- Validate accuracy of nonconformance tickets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Robust presentation and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability in coaching and teaching
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
