A leading North American manufacturer is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead multi-site manufacturing operations across the GTA. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with a explicit succession path into senior operational leadership.

What You'll Be Leading:

- Multi-site manufacturing operations across 3 production facilities
- Team of Production Managers, Production Planners, and Manufacturing Engineering
- Overall responsibility for 450+ employees
- Drive operational excellence, productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Operations, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production Planning
- Support capital projects, workforce planning, and manufacturing strategy

What We're Looking For:





- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including multi-site or large plant operations
- Experience in low-to-medium volume, high-mix manufacturing environments
- Strong people leadership with the ability to coach and develop leaders
- Proven experience managing production, planning, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Comfortable handling a dynamic environment involving production, maintenance, staffing, materials, and operational priorities
- A collaborative leader who listens, adapts quickly, and drives positive change
