What You'll Do
✔ Design and develop scalable Java backend applications
✔ Build POCs and prototype cutting-edge AI-driven solutions
✔ Evaluate new technologies,
frameworks, and AI tools
✔ Partner with product teams to develop beta products and services
✔ Leverage AI-powered coding tools to improve engineering productivity
We're Looking For
- 8+ years of hands-on Java backend development
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Experience with software architecture and end-to-end solution delivery
- Hands-on experience with Git Hub Copilot and/or Claude
- Exposure to Agentic AI, AI agents, AI workflows, or AI-powered development tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced R&D; environment
