Senior Genesys Test Lead
Contract: 1 year + extension
We're looking for an experienced Genesys Test Lead to lead QA activities for a large-scale enterprise contact center transformation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of QA/Test Management experience
- 5+ years testing Genesys Cloud CX and/or Genesys Engage
- Experience leading test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management
- Solid knowledge of IVR, routing, voice, chat, email, WEM, and omnichannel testing
- Experience with API, integration, automation, and performance testing
- Hands-on with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Selenium/Cypress/Tosca, Postman, JMeter, etc.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
- Genesys Cloud migration experience
- AI/chatbot testing
- AWS/Azure exposure
- Genesys or ISTQB certifications
