Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct coaching and training for actuarial analysts
- Handle strategic and challenging actuarial projects
- Lead discussions on business planning and strategy

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- Preferred certifications include ACAS or FCAS
- 5+ years of actuarial experience, ideally in P&C; sector
- Proficiency in Python, Excel, VBA, or SAS
- Robust critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
