While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demandsHow You'll Make an Impact:
Completing underwriting analysis of commercial mortgage transactions for term and construction facilities, for both conventional and CMHC insuredloansAssessing suitability, reviewing risks, and completing due diligence requirements on transactionsin accordance withrisk appetiteand CMHC guidelineswhere requiredPreparing and issuing commitment letters, amendments, renewals, and other client-facing documentsCompleting loan renewals and annual reviewsCompleting and submitting CMHC Loan ApplicationsSupporting adherence to commercial credit policy, standards,



and guidelinesMaintaining consistent,objective, and sound risk assessments in a service-oriented environmentProviding guidance and decision-making support to origination teams to solve problemsCollaborating with colleagues across teams to improve underwriting systems and maximize effectivenessWhatYou’llBring tothe Team:

This role offers a salary range of $85,000
to $95,000 per annum.
The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity.
