SKILLS REQUIRED

- Proven experience as a Mainframe Lead Developer with expertise in leading the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise Mainframe applications.
- Solid hands-on coding experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL for developing and maintaining high-performance Mainframe solutions.
- Extensive experience in application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to lead technical teams, perform code reviews,



troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to Mainframe development best practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
