Where You’ll Add Value

The Senior Property Manager is accountable to the District Manager or Senior District Manager for managing the day-to-day administrative functions for the Property Operations of the assigned residential portfolio(s) to ensure adherence to budgets, while promoting and preserving positive resident relations.

How You’ll Make a Difference

1. Property Operations Documentation

Oversees all site administration (including approving applications/leases, collections of rents and sales reports, etc.) while establishing and maintaining robust working relationships with tenants, may be responsible for attending tribunal hearings;
reviews and approves purchase orders and invoices that fall under a pre-defined authorization limit, notifying District Manager’s approval for those outside limit;
