which centers on managing the operational lifecycle of all mandatory corporate action processing (such as Distributions, Name Changes, Mergers, Stock Splits, etc). This role functions as a reliable and essential informational connector, contributing significantly to the wider Canadian Capital Markets Infrastructure. This role requires technical and strategic expertise in prioritizing the timely processing of all Corporate Action payments to CDS Participants.
