Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our recruitment efforts as we continue to expand our instructor network. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR student looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a growing startup.
Preference will be given to 3rd-year and above undergraduate students or graduate students in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified instructors and professionals.
- Create and manage job postings across recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring manager.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding selected instructors.
- Support other recruitment and hiring activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related program (3rd year or above preferred ).
- Previous recruitment, HR, campus leadership, or administrative experience is preferred .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism when communicating with candidates.

- Hours: Approximately 6–10 hours per week
- Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
