About the Role
RevUp Dental helps dental practices across North America attract and keep more patients through websites, Google Ads, SEO, call tracking software, and staff training. Our Client Training team builds and delivers paid training programs that turn dental receptionists and staff into confident, high-converting communicators.
This is a maternity leave coverage position for our Client Training Coordinator.
You'll be responsible for designing, expanding, and maintaining our paid training programs, with a focus on elevating the performance of dental receptionists, dentists, and their teams. That means identifying training gaps, building engaging learning content, and using performance data to keep proving the value clients get from their training investment.
This is a growing part of the business. Beyond our existing self-paced courses, we're expanding into private training, live webinars, and video content over the next year, so the shape of this role, and the opportunities within it, will keep evolving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery & Coaching
- Deliver training for clients, including both online courses and private live sessions.
- Monitor individual progress including tracking performance and providing direct, personalised feedback.
2. Training Development & Improvement
- Build out new training courses and resources, ensuring materials are relevant, and engaging.
- Create and update interactive learning content (videos, presentations, quizzes, etc.) that align with current service standards and company goals.
- Audit current training courses regularly to identify outdated information, unclear sections, or areas lacking engagement.
- Gather feedback from learners to refine content structure, examples, and delivery methods.
3. Strategic Contribution
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and launch new client training programs.
- Contribute to long-term training strategy, including scaling programs, subscription models, or premium offerings.
- Other tasks as assigned.
What You Bring
- Experience creating training, instructional, or educational content (course design, curriculum development, videos, promotional material or similar).
- Experience creating videos, presentations, or e-learning tools (e.g., Loom, Canva, or an LMS).
- Strong writing skills — you can turn a process or best practice into content that's engaging, and useful.
- Strong project management skills, you can juggle multiple courses and deadlines at once.
- A cooperative mindset; you'll work closely with marketing, sales, and client success teams.
- Dental, healthcare, or customer service industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Why Join Us
RevUp Dental is growing fast, and this role sits right at the center of it. You'll help grow a training product with real input into what it becomes over the next year and beyond. If you like solving problems that don't have a playbook yet, this is that kind of role.
We're a fully remote team, and we mean it. Structure your day around your life, not the other way around. If you want flexibility without losing out on meaningful, challenging work, this is built for you.
