Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Technology Architect (10+ years) to modernize critical applications and services using enterprise architecture and Digital Evidence Analysis initiatives

Join a federal modernization initiative focused on secure, scalable, and future-ready technology architectures supporting digital evidence analysis services. This role supports enterprise architecture planning, solution integration, standards development, and technology modernization within a Government of Canada workplace. The position contributes to the evolution of critical applications and infrastructure aligned with government architectural standards and interoperability requirements.

Must Haves

- 10+ years in technology architecture , enterprise architecture , and solution architecture
- Technical roadmaps , architectural frameworks , and integration architecture development
- Solution Architecture Documents , Interface Control Documents , and Solution Options Analysis documentation




- Government of Canada standards, infrastructure , cloud , and platform solutions

Nice to Have

- Participation in daily scrum meetings, requirements workshops, and backlog grooming sessions

Responsibilities

- Create technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies aligned to business and application requirements
- Gather and assess business and policy requirements for solution development
- Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to support modernization initiatives
- Design solution integration architecture and interface control documentation
- Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption
- Define and maintain system development standards related to programming, documentation, and testing
- Review application and infrastructure designs to ensure compliance with architectural standards and recommend performance improvements
