As an Equipment Operator for highway maintenance, you will play a critical role in executing both routine and emergency highway maintenance tasks. This includes roadside services, traffic control, and the operation of various heavy machinery like loader backhoes and excavators. A focus on safety and reliability is required as you work with a team in different conditions year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute highway maintenance operations during all seasons
• Operate necessary equipment for maintenance tasks
• Conduct right-of-way and drainage maintenance




• Assist with emergency response activities on highways
• Participate in ongoing training and adherence to safety protocols
Requirements:
• Active and valid DZ driver’s license
• Experience in highway maintenance activities
• Excellent communication with peers and the public
• Flexible availability for shifts and travel
• Solid physical ability to handle maintenance challenges
